Create the file of a seller or landlord, or start from the conversation where your assistant captured them: the record is pre-filled, you review before creating.

EMAILS TO THE OWNER

From the file, three prepared emails:

• the document request: the property's missing or expired documents;
• the report: requests received, viewings, visitors' feedback, price — the figures come from the database, and you untick a piece of feedback to leave it out;
• the copy of the mandate, attached.
