Terms of Use
Terms of Use (ToU) of the AI ARTEDUSA service — B2B SaaS AI call centre.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
These Terms of Use (hereinafter 'ToU') define the terms and conditions of use of the AI ARTEDUSA service (hereinafter 'the Service'), a SaaS AI-powered call centre platform, published by AI ARTEDUSA (hereinafter 'the Publisher').
The Service is intended exclusively for professionals (B2B) and enables the deployment of an AI voice assistant for managing incoming phone calls.
ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE ToU
Registration for the Service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these ToU. The User acknowledges having read all these conditions before registration.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed of any modification by email at least 30 days before the new conditions come into force.
ARTICLE 3 - SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Service includes:
- A configurable AI voice assistant (bot) accessible by phone
- An online dashboard for call management and monitoring
- A customisable knowledge base feeding the AI
- Automatic transcription, summary, and classification features for calls
- Integrations with third-party services (telephony, payment)
- REST API access for integration with the User's systems
ARTICLE 4 - USER OBLIGATIONS
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration and throughout the use of the Service
- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable legislation
- Not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or public-order-violating purposes
- Inform their clients that calls are handled by an artificial intelligence, in accordance with applicable regulations
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or Service limits
ARTICLE 5 - LIABILITY
The Publisher endeavours to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Service. However, given the nature of the Service (artificial intelligence), the Publisher does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the responses provided by the bot.
The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service, in particular loss of revenue, clients, or data. The Publisher's total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the User over the preceding 12 months.
ARTICLE 6 - TERMINATION
The User may terminate their account at any time from their dashboard. Termination takes effect at the end of the current month. Upon account closure, account data is deleted or, upon erasure request (Art. 17 GDPR), within the shortest possible time; recordings and transcripts follow the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy (90 days and 12 months respectively), without prejudice to legal retention obligations for accounting and billing data (10 years).
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a serious breach of these ToU, after a formal notice has remained without effect for 15 days.
ARTICLE 7 - ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TRANSPARENCY (REGULATION (EU) 2024/1689, ART. 50)
In accordance with Article 50 of the European Artificial Intelligence Act, the Service automatically informs each caller, at the start of the call, that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system and not a human. This information is delivered verbally by the assistant at the beginning of each conversation.
The User agrees not to disable or circumvent this transparency message.
