Create and publish a property

A PROPERTY STARTS AS A DRAFT

In Agency › Properties, “New property” opens a record: address, type, floor areas, price or rent, photos. It is saved as a draft: nothing appears on your site and your assistant says nothing about it until you publish it.

WHAT BLOCKS PUBLICATION

The publish button lists exactly what is missing, disclosure by disclosure. The most frequent:

• a written mandate, entered in the register and in force, covering this property;
• the energy (DPE) and climate (GES) classes, and the estimated annual energy costs;
• a current price: the asking price for a sale, the monthly rent for a letting;
• for a sale, who pays the fees and how much; for a letting, the tenant's fees and the deposit, within their legal caps;
• for a co-owned building, the number of lots and the annual charges.

WITHDRAWING A LISTING

As soon as the property's commercial status is no longer available or under offer — sale agreed, sold, let, withdrawn from the market — it leaves your site. Its record, history and documents stay in Agency.
