Calls dashboard
Explore your real-time dashboard: key statistics, performance indicators, and recent calls from your AI call centre.
DASHBOARD OVERVIEW
The dashboard is the main page of your client space. It gives you a synthetic view of your AI call centre's activity, updated on each page load.
Four statistics cards (StatCards) are displayed at the top of the page to give you an immediate overview of essential metrics.
THE 4 KEY INDICATORS
Each StatCard presents an important performance indicator:
- Total calls: The total number of calls handled by your bot over the selected period. Includes completed calls and those in progress.
- In progress: The number of calls currently active on your bot, to monitor the load.
- Completed: The number of calls completed over the selected period.
- Satisfaction: The percentage of completed calls rated 'Satisfied' by the AI (analysis of the tone and content of the conversation).
RECENT CALLS
Below the StatCards, you will find the list of the most recent calls. Each entry displays essential information: caller number, date and time, duration, detected language, and call status.
Click on a call to access its detailed record, including the full transcript, summary, and post-call actions.
FILTERS AND PERIOD
You can filter the dashboard data by period: today, this week, this month, or a custom period. The StatCards and the recent calls list update automatically based on your selection.
Frequently asked questions
IS THE DASHBOARD DATA REAL-TIME?
Data is recalculated on each page load or refresh (there is no continuous update). The in-progress call counter reflects the state at the last load.
HOW IS THE SATISFACTION SCORE CALCULATED?
At the end of each call, the AI classifies satisfaction into one of five categories (Very dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, Partially satisfied, Satisfied, Unknown) based on the tone and content of the conversation. The 'Satisfaction' card displays the percentage of completed calls classified as 'Satisfied'.
