A VISITOR CALLED WHILE YOU WERE AWAY?

Your bot took the call on your behalf. To find out what was said: open 'Calls', click on the relevant row, then read the transcript and the recommended follow-up action. Also check your inbox: a call summary is automatically sent to you after each completed conversation.

CALLS TABLE

The call history presents a paginated table containing all calls handled by your AI bot. Each row represents a call with the following information:

• Contact: the phone number or email address of the person who contacted you
• Date and time: the moment of the exchange
• Status: the call state (in progress, completed), accompanied by a badge indicating the detected language (FR, EN, DE, ES, IT, PT)
• Satisfaction: the estimated satisfaction level assigned by the AI for the exchange
• Summary: the short summary of the conversation, automatically generated by the AI

ADVANCED FILTERS

Use filters to quickly find a specific call or analyse a subset of your data:

• Search by caller phone number or email
• Filter by channel (phone or email)
• Filter by date range (currently via the 'since' and 'until' parameters in the page URL; a date picker in the interface is planned)

CALL DETAIL

By clicking on a row in the table, you access the call's detailed record. It is organised into tabs: the full transcript, the analysis (summary and follow-up action), and the structured data collected during the call (claim fields, reminders).

The call duration and cost, as well as the estimated satisfaction level, are also shown.

PAGINATION AND EXPORT

The table displays 20 calls per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to navigate between pages.

An export button lets you download the filtered history in CSV format for external analysis.
