A SOVEREIGN TELEPHONY INFRASTRUCTURE

AI ARTEDUSA operates its own telephony infrastructure, sovereign and hosted in the European Union. When a call arrives on your number, it is routed to our European servers, which handle the audio exchange with your bot in real time. Your calls and data never leave the European Union.

Audio is processed in real time by our speech recognition and synthesis engines, for fluid and natural conversations, without dependency on any operator located outside the European Union.

DEDICATED PHONE NUMBER

Each venue has a dedicated phone number. This number identifies the venue: when a call arrives, our system uses the dialled number to determine which bot to activate and which configuration to load.

You can use your existing number (via porting) or a new number provided by AI ARTEDUSA. Contact our team to check availability in your region.

CALL ROUTING

Call routing is configured automatically when your number is connected. Two main mechanisms are put in place:

• Call reception: for each new incoming call, the session is opened and the bot is activated
• Status tracking: our system is notified of call state changes (in progress, completed, failed)

CALL SECURITY

To ensure security, the origin of each call is verified by a cryptographic signature before any processing. This verification prevents any fraudulent request from activating your bot.

Signature validation is enabled by default and requires no configuration on your part.
