WHAT IS A VENUE?

A venue is an isolated workspace corresponding to an AI bot. Each venue has its own configuration, its own knowledge base, its own phone number, and its own call history.

This organisation allows, where applicable, the management of multiple locations from a single account, each with its own configuration.

CREATE A NEW TENANT

The creation of additional venues is handled by our team during your subscription or on request.

Each new tenant is initialised with a blank configuration: you will need to configure the bot, add documents to the knowledge base, and connect a phone number.

MULTIPLE VENUES

Today, each account manages one venue. If you manage multiple locations, our team can provision additional venues linked to your organisation; a selector then lets you switch between them.

Each venue is completely isolated: data (calls, documents, configuration) is never shared between venues. This isolation is guaranteed at the lowest level of the database.

CONFIGURATION PER VENUE

Each venue has its own independent settings:

• Bot configuration (name, company, task, prompt, plugin)
• Knowledge base (documents and dedicated search index)
• Associated dedicated phone number
• Custom claim schema
• History and order tracking (integrated dashboard)
• Specific hours and limits
• Call history and transcripts
