Manage your card payment method: add a card, track payments and invoices, securely.

AI ARTEDUSA entrusts payment processing to a PCI DSS level 1 certified provider, the highest level of security in the industry. Your banking data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

You enter your bank card in a few clicks from your space, without creating a third-party account. Payment is entirely secure.

ADD A PAYMENT METHOD

You can add a bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) from the 'Billing > Payment' section.

Your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of each month based on your consumption. You can change or replace your payment method at any time.

TRACK YOUR PAYMENTS

From the Billing section of your space, you can:

  • View the history of all your payments
  • Download your invoices
  • Update your banking information
  • Manage your payment methods
  • Check the status of each transaction

PAYMENT STATUSES

Each payment can have one of the following statuses:

  • Successful: The payment was processed successfully
  • Pending: The payment is being processed
  • Failed: The payment was declined (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.)
  • Refunded: The payment has been refunded

IS MY BANKING DATA SECURE?

Yes, our payment provider is PCI DSS level 1 certified, the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Your banking data is encrypted and never passes through our servers.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF A DECLINED PAYMENT?

In case of a declined payment, we notify you by email. The charge is automatically retried by Stripe; after 3 consecutive failed charges, the service may be temporarily suspended until a valid payment method is updated.
