Discover how to create your account on AI ARTEDUSA, activate your client space, and start configuring your AI call centre in minutes.

SIGNING UP ON AI ARTEDUSA

To start using AI ARTEDUSA, go to artedusa.com and click the 'Sign up' button in the upper right corner of the page. You will be redirected to our secure registration form.

Enter your professional email address, choose a strong password (at least 12 characters), then provide your company name.

ACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT

After registration, your account is created immediately and a welcome email is sent to you.

If you do not receive the welcome email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. Your account is active: you can log in immediately with your email address and password.

LOGGING IN TO YOUR CLIENT SPACE

Log in to your client space by entering your email address and password. Authentication relies on a signed session token (Auth.js).

Your session stays active for 30 days. After that, you will need to log in again for security reasons.

FIRST STEPS AFTER REGISTRATION

After your first login, you will be guided through the essential configuration steps:

  • Create your first venue (workspace for a bot)
  • Configure the basic information for your AI bot (name, company, task)
  • Connect your professional phone number
  • Add your first documents to the knowledge base
  • Make a test call to validate the configuration

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE WELCOME EMAIL — WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your account is active even without this email: you can log in immediately. Check your spam folder and make sure the address you entered is correct. If the problem persists, contact our support.

CAN I CREATE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WITH THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS?

No, each email address can only be associated with one AI ARTEDUSA account. However, you can create multiple venues (bots) within the same account to manage different establishments.

IS REGISTRATION FREE?

Yes, account creation is entirely free. You will only be charged once your bot starts receiving calls, according to our pay-per-use pricing model.
