Draft and register a mandate
FROM DRAFT TO REGISTER
A mandate starts as a draft: the principal, the property, the price, the fees, the term. Each save runs a check listing what is still missing. For an exclusive or semi-exclusive mandate, the penalty clause, the promised actions and the reporting frequency are mandatory.
ENTERING IT IN THE REGISTER
When the check finds nothing more, “Enter in register” opens. The mandate receives the next number of your register, its terms are frozen and its fingerprint sealed.

Your assistant cannot register a mandate. It can prepare what it read in an exchange; you review and register it.
Frequently asked questions
WHAT IF THE MANDATE IS SIGNED OUTSIDE THE AGENCY?
The withdrawal period runs: until it has elapsed, and without the principal's express request, the property cannot be published.
THE PRINCIPAL ASKS FOR THEIR DATA TO BE ERASED
Their personal data is erased on request (GDPR, article 17); the registered mandate keeps its place in the register.
