Viewings: propose, confirm, report
Viewing requests in Agency › Viewings: your assistant captures them, you propose a slot and you confirm.
WHERE REQUESTS COME FROM
A viewing request your assistant captures in an email lands in “To confirm”, like the ones you enter yourself.
PROPOSE, THEN CONFIRM
Pick a slot and propose it: the visitor receives it in their email conversation. Confirming is the agency's act — your assistant never confirms a viewing.
- Reschedule: the visitor receives the new slot, with the link that updates their calendar;
- After the time: “Viewing done”, “Visitor absent” or “Cancel the viewing”.
THE VISITOR'S FEEDBACK
Note what the visitor said: their feedback feeds the report you send the seller.
Frequently asked questions
A VISITOR WANTS THEIR DETAILS ERASED
“Erase contact details”, in the viewing's record, removes them; the viewing still counts.
DO VIEWINGS SHOW IN MY CALENDAR?
The Calendar shows your address book's appointments; viewings are followed in Agency › Viewings.
