FILLING IN YOUR VENUE PROFILE

The knowledge base is the brain of your AI bot. The richer and more precise it is, the better your assistant's responses will be. Go to the 'Knowledge base' section of your dashboard.

Rather than a blank page, you fill in a structured profile organised into sections. For each topic, you choose from ready-to-use options and complete a few guided fields: the system automatically converts your answers into knowledge your bot can use. The sections cover, among others:

• Contact details and access: address, public transport, parking
• Opening hours and closing days
• Pricing, free admission, and subscriptions
• Current exhibitions, programming, and events
• Accessibility and audiences welcomed
• Bookings, group, and school visits
• Practical services (catering, shop, cloakroom) and useful information

AUTOMATIC DEDUPLICATION

The system automatically calculates a hash (digital fingerprint) of each document's content. If you try to add a document whose content is identical to an existing one, the system will notify you and prevent duplication.

This feature ensures the integrity of your knowledge base and avoids redundant responses from your bot.

FULL CRUD MANAGEMENT

You have full control over your documents:

• Create: Add new documents at any time
• Read: View the complete list of your documents and their content
• Update: Modify the title or content of an existing document
• Delete: Remove an outdated or incorrect document from your base

BEST PRACTICES

To optimise your bot's performance, follow these recommendations:

• Write thematic documents (one topic per document) rather than a single general document
• Use clear, natural language, similar to what your clients use
• Include frequently asked questions and their detailed answers
• Regularly update your information (exhibitions, hours, pricing, etc.)
• Structure content with distinct paragraphs for each sub-topic
