HOW IT WORKS

AI ARTEDUSA provides a sovereign telephony infrastructure hosted in the European Union: your calls and data never leave the European Union. Each venue (bot) is associated with a unique phone number. When a call arrives on this number, it is automatically routed to our platform, which activates the corresponding AI bot.

Venue resolution is done by phone number: our system automatically identifies which bot to activate based on the number called. This is the principle of multi-venue management.

OPTION 1: NUMBER PORTING

Porting means transferring your existing phone number to our infrastructure. This option is ideal if you want to keep your current number while benefiting from AI.

The porting process generally takes between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the original carrier and the complexity of the transfer. During this period, your number remains active and functional.

• Contact our support team to initiate the porting request
• Provide the necessary documents (phone account details, ID, porting mandate)
• Our team coordinates the transfer with your original carrier
• Once porting is complete, your number is automatically linked to your bot

OPTION 2: CALL FORWARDING

If you do not want to port your number, you can simply configure call forwarding from your existing number to a dedicated number provided by AI ARTEDUSA.

This option is faster to set up (a few minutes) and requires no changes to your current phone contract. Contact your carrier to configure call forwarding.

CHOOSING YOUR NUMBER MODE

In your space, you choose between two modes, depending on whether you want to keep your public number or publish a new one:

• Keep my number (forwarding): you keep your public number and activate forwarding to the AI line. Your space shows you the code to dial on your phone (for example **21*number# to forward all calls, ##21# to deactivate; these codes are the same across all major carriers; for a landline or a box, use your carrier's interface).
• Dedicated number: a number provided by AI ARTEDUSA becomes your public AI line. No forwarding to configure, but the number you share with your clients changes.

CONFIGURATION IN THE DASHBOARD

Once your number is connected (by porting or forwarding), go to 'Settings > Phone' in your dashboard to check the configuration:

You will find the number associated with your venue and the connection status. Call routing is set up automatically, and the origin of each call is verified before any processing to ensure security.
