How to terminate and permanently delete your AI ARTEDUSA account: what is erased, what is retained, and how to retrieve your data beforehand.
BEFORE DELETING: EXPORT YOUR DATA
Deletion is irreversible. If you want to keep a record of your activity, first export your call and conversation history in CSV format from 'Calls > Export'.
DELETE THE ACCOUNT
Go to 'My profile > Security > Delete account'. Deletion is confirmed by your password and email address.
It results in the immediate erasure of your data: account, bots, knowledge base, and call histories.
WHAT IS RETAINED
Only billing data is retained, and solely to comply with our accounting and legal obligations. Your callers' data is not retained beyond deletion.

IS DELETION IMMEDIATE?
Yes. Once confirmed, deletion of your data is immediate and irreversible. Remember to export your calls in CSV format beforehand if you need them.
