How to exercise your rights over your personal data (access, rectification, erasure, portability) and export your data from your space.

YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with GDPR, you have rights over your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction of processing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

EXPORT YOUR DATA YOURSELF

From your dashboard, in the 'Calls' section, an 'Export' button downloads the history of your calls and conversations in CSV format (respecting the filters applied). This is the fastest way to retrieve your activity data.

SUBMIT A REQUEST

To exercise a right of access, rectification, objection, or erasure, write to support@artedusa.com specifying your request and attaching a copy of your ID. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.

Deleting your account from 'My profile > Security' also results in the immediate erasure of your data, except for billing data retained pursuant to our legal obligations.

CAN I EXPORT ALL MY DATA MYSELF?

Self-service export covers call and conversation history (CSV). For a broader portability request or a complete copy of your data, send your request to support@artedusa.com.
